Payment should be made in advance before attending classes. Timely payment helps to keep tuition at the same level and is greatly appreciated. I aim to build strong relationships with parents and students and want you to feel you can ask me questions at any time (although replies may take a while due to teaching hours and time differences. Cancellations- Generally, I allow 4 parent cancellations in each 6-month period. Above this number, I will look at each case on an individual basis. As I have a waiting list for classes, I need to make sure that if a class is booked, it is attended. I would also ask that wherever possible; you give a minimum of 12 working hours’ notice. Homework is set in Classin, or Cambridge One for students preparing for exams.
Long feedback will be sent privately via WeChat – this is usually about every 6 weeks or after each unit for Cambridge Unlock Students.
Short feedback is left in Classin after class, so you can see what we have been learning and what words/ grammar need to be practiced again. Classes are available for 3 months after the date of the lesson and can be reviewed at any time.

Preview videos of the Reach and ORT lessons are sent each week. Unlock lessons have previews for reading and writing, and some units have 3 previews if there are new grammar points to learn.
